Once I have received your enquiry I will reply with availability and prices. If you are happy to proceed with the reservation, you will need to provide a reservation deposit of 25% of the price of the apartment. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. Please see Terms and Conditions below.

Terms and Conditions

Payment and Cancellation: Upon reservation, the renter must pay a deposit of 25% of the accommodation price by an Acceptable Method of Payment. This deposit ensures the reservation of the accommodation for the requested stay, until final payment is received. In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. Where reservations are made within 6 weeks of the commencement of arrival, full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance of the total holiday price is due and payable by 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. The price is inclusive of bedding and towels, as well as the local tax (taxe de sejour).

The proprietor requires written/email cancellation of any bookings from the renter. The cancellation policy is as follows:
42 – 21 days = Loss of 75% of total holiday price
21 – 00 days = Loss of 100% of total holiday price

Acceptable forms of payment are; by bank transfer, Euro cheque or by Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. All payments by bank transfer will include all bank charges so that the correct amount is received. If paying by credit card there the following extra charge will be taken: 3% for cards from countries outside the euro zone and 1% for cards from euro zone countries. Regardless of payment method, credit card details of the renter will be taken prior to commencement of the holiday to cover possible apartment/chalet damage.

Damage charges: In the event that the proprietor deems the renter responsible for any material damage or loss to the apartment, the building or common parts during the Groups stay, any cost to rectify damage caused will be charged to the credit card details supplied. An extra charge will also be made where we consider the property is left in an excessively dirty state.

Cleaning charge: Cleaning is provided for each apartment inclusive in the cost of the holiday and includes, cleaning bathrooms, toilet, kitchen spaces, windows, and floors. It does not include removing opened food / beverages / rubbish from the apartment, or washing dirty crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans and cooking appliances or oven trays. Please remove all rubbish, opened and out of date foods and beverages before checking out of the apartment, and ensure that all crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans/ cooking appliances and oven trays are thoroughly cleaned, dried and put back in their place. An extra charge of 60 € will be made to the credit card number taken if this is not done.

Termination: The proprietor reserves the right to terminate without notice and liability the holiday of any Group Member whose behaviour is such that it is disruptive to the enjoyment of others or cause damage to the property or any third party. This is entirely at the discretion of the proprietor.

Other: The proprietors of the property, do not accept any responsibility for any damage or injury, (including theft or loss of personal goods occurring on the property) during your stay or whilst you use any of the equipment at your disposal in the apartment.  Renters are expected to respect the rights of neighbouring properties. We recommend that you take out your own comprehensive travel and medical insurance whilst on holiday.

This agreement and any proceedings there under are to be governed by the laws of France and any legal issues to be determined by the courts of France local to the property.

Payment for the reservation of the apartment indicates that you accept the terms and conditions of this contract.
