The stunning loft apartment occupies the whole top floor of the coach house. The apartment is a massive 160m2 with exposed beams, wood floors and 2 mezzanine levels. There are a total of five full height doors opening up to reveal fabulous views of the Mont-Blanc. The loft is stylishly furnished and boasts all modern gadgets and up-to-date facilities that one would associate with a property of this quality. There is satellite TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 90cm range and a large bar area. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles, 2 twins and 2 bathrooms (plus a separate toilet). One of the twin rooms can be converted into bunk beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Infant travel cots and highchairs are also available upon request. We would recommend up to a maximum of 10 people.

No extra charges: Prices include bed and bathroom linen, utilities, a weekly clean and local taxes. On arrival we ask for a €400 refundable deposit in case of any damages. A second consecutive week receives 10% off the second week. Last minute reductions may be available. Long weekends possible.

The Terrace - (Maximum 8 people)
The Terrace is a large 140m2 4 bedroom apartment located on the raised ground floor of the coach-house. Stylishly furnished the apartment boasts all modern gadgets and up-to-date facilities that one would associate with a property of this quality including satellite flat screen TV, a DVD player and Wi-Fi internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer with ice machine and bar area. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The open-planned living area gives onto a large private Terrace (hence the name). There are 4 bedrooms, two twins and two doubles and 3 bathrooms (plus a separate toilet). Two of the bedrooms are en suite. There is a ski locker room and private covered parking on the property. From the terrace there are fabulous views of the Mont-Blanc. Infant travel cots and highchairs are also available upon request. We would recommend up to a maximum of 8 people.

Sapin 2 is located on the first floor of a traditional chalet and provides a very spacious 75m2 of living accommodation. The lounge doors open on to a private terrace with fantastic views of the Mont-Blanc. Decorated to a very high standard the apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin where both single beds turn into bunk beds. There is also a twin sofa bed in the living room allowing up to six people to stay in comfort. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is a second separate bathroom. The kitchen has all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. In the lounge there satellite TV, a stereo, a DVD player and Wi-Fi internet access. Infant travel cots and highchairs are also available upon request. We would recommend up to a maximum of 6 people.

The fully renovated 2 storey coach house and adjacent chalet building containing 4 high quality self contained apartments (2 in each building), allows complete flexibility for groups of up to 30 to rent any combination of the 4 available apartments with plenty of bathrooms, cooking and social spaces to ensure a very comfortable home-from-home stay, winter or summer.
